Gentle Japanese acupuncture or Toyohari, is a refined system of Japanese five-element treatment. It is based on the practitioner’s sensitivities in feeling Qi (energy) and takes into account the recipients needs to obtain balance.
Medical Qi Gong utilizes the same life force of Qi which surrounds us all. It focuses this energy to meet the needs of health and balance in the patient. This too is a gentle but powerful technique requiring training and practice by the practitioner. Many around the world practice regular Qi Gong exercises daily to increase health.
